由世界攝影組織（World Photography Organization，WPO）策畫的上海藝術攝影展在上周於上海展覽中心圓滿落幕，此攝影藝術展在今年才剛邁入第二個年頭，雖然是近年新創的展覽，但展出內容卻相當精彩。
現場有著超過五百件藝術攝影創作展出，提供藝術收藏家欣賞以及收購。整個展場也有著五十個國際畫廊，展出二十個不同國家藝術攝影師的創作作品。而這個展覽，對於中國新銳攝影師而言，也是嶄露頭角的好機會。
對於展覽的成功，世界攝影組織執行長Scott Gray提到了一個重要的關鍵，便是攝影給人的簡單與純粹。人們在面對攝影作品時，往往能夠直接根據圖像看出些什麼，或是連結什麼，並不需要太多藝術歷史的背景。因而攝影與人的連結，是直接的，而攝影作品也是容易讓人們產生共鳴的藝術創作。
